Raxiores Troubleshooting

Begin with the symptom and exact file version. These diagnostic steps narrow causes; they are not author-confirmed fixes for every modpack.

Game will not start

Check Java Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge and the selected Raxiores file. Remove duplicate Raxiores versions from the same instance. Read the first relevant error in latest.log or the crash report; preserve the original report before changing the instance. Reproduce in a separate minimal instance to distinguish a modpack conflict.

A dinosaur is missing

Check whether it exists in your installed version and whether it is WIP. Community documentation reports no natural Tyrannosaurus spawning, but its version scope is unspecified. The sources do not establish a universal spawn command fix or spawn rate.

A taming item does nothing

Confirm Java vs Bedrock, dinosaur identity and whether your build is 0.59 or later. Food requirements change in community reports. No documented interaction sequence means we cannot promise that a particular mouse button fixes it.

A skill or swimming control fails

Check ROR key bindings, conflicts and mounted/water state. V0.59 adds mouse-directed vertical Spinosaurus swimming, while the community also describes Space/C. Keep these as version/state clues rather than guessing a new default.

Ask for help with useful context
